Something which is so integral to our life-graph is Karma. We are all about rebirth, regeneration, redemption, the rising of the Phoenix, etc., and Karma goes hand-in-hand with the overall ethos of human existence. This post lists down three lessons on Karma and how you shouldn’t take Karma for granted.
Karma is overworked!

There are so many imbalances every moment and Karma has to cater to all of them. So, give it time. It will complete the circle and come back to your issues. If not today or tomorrow or this week, may be a month or a year later. Or may be few years later. And when it does come back, you will know it. You will know it for sure. Till then, just try to keep your conscience alive.
Introspect everything you do.

Most of us, specially the ones who are yet to find out Karma exists, don’t realize our follies. We don’t try to visualize how our action can affect the other person. We think we can’t be wrong. For once, try and think how your comment, actions, or even a certain attitude can impact the one you are imposing it to.
Try and imagine yourself in their shoes, and if possible walk a mile. You will know. Don’t take people for granted, specially the ones who dote on you. If you do, one day Karma will rewind the whole story where you will be at the receiving end, and you’d have nothing to do except feel foolish about your actions.
Having faith and being fair.

For the ones who are hurt, it’s absolutely okay to feel bad, lost, or heartbroken. It’s fine to cry your heart out or vent out your emotions. But don’t react in a negative way. Have faith in time, it will heal your wounds, and Karma will be fair to you. I have now gone a step ahead and have started believing in instant Karma. If I have done a wrong, I have paid for it.
It’s equally disheartening and satisfying to see people realizing their faults and trying to mend their ways after years. As much as I feel sorry for them, I feel happy too, to see Karma doing its bit. So, let people be. If they are hurting you, leave them, move on, and do everything that will help you to move on. Just don’t hurt them back. Don’t earn bad Karma for yourself.
Rise and rise, soar high in the sky. Don’t fear to get pulled down, and if at all you do, find yourself in ashes only to rise again like a Phoenix.
